Student Complaint Policy

Millennium Solar Electric Training Academy is committed to addressing student complaints in a fair,
timely, and professional manner. Students are encouraged to first attempt to resolve concerns directly with the instructor, program coordinator, office manager, or school administrator.

If the concern is not resolved informally, the student may submit a written complaint to the institution. The written complaint should include the student’s name, program name, date of complaint, description of the concern, and the resolution requested. The institution will review the complaint, investigate the matter as appropriate, and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe.

Illinois Board of Higher Education Complaint Information:

If a student complaint is not resolved by the institution, the student may submit a written complaint to the
Illinois Board of Higher Education. Student complaints must be submitted in writing to the Board, and
complaint information may be submitted online through the IBHE website.
